please mind our cancellation policy rules, which are listed with an explanation below:

Cancellations in more than 24 hours before the trip – full refund.

Cancellations in less than 24 hours from the trip – 100% of the total cost will be charged.

No Show 100% Charge.

Change of date 50% extra charge.

Cancellations are a difficult affair for both us and prospective customers. We therefore try to approach it with a “common sense” attitude. You must be aware that there is a financial implication to cancelling a trip at the last minute as all of our seat costs are the same and we only take maximum of 25 customers. We also pre-book many of the activities undertaken on the day of your trip, all of which are non-refundable.


If you cancel due to sickness and we are unable to place you on another trip, please ask at a clinique for issuing a medical certificate. We can then issue you with a receipt for the money paid to SAFARI BOAT, all of which can be claimed back from the majority of holiday insurance providers. In case of sickness we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands.

Bad weather

If we decide to cancel due to bad weather, we would have done so taking into consideration the safety of the group and of the vessel along with weather forecast and satellite images. If we cancel due to bad weather you won’t be charged. If a deposit has been accepted, money would be fully refunded if an alternate date for a trip cannot be agreed upon.
